Appointment Policies:
1. **Dual Staff Presence: **To prioritize your comfort and safety, every appointment will be attended by two staff members.
2. **No Extra Guests: **In order to maintain a tranquil environment and uphold client privacy, we respectfully request that you refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment. Appointments may be subject to cancellations if extra guest are present during appointment.
3. **No Show Policy:** Missed appointments without prior notification will result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.
4. **No Pets Allowed:** For the well-being and hygiene of all clients, pets are not permitted within our premises.
5. **Age Requirement:** Spa treatments are available exclusively to individuals aged 13 years and older. Children under the age of 13 will not be allowed in the treatment area nor will they be allowed to wait in the lobby unattended. For home services please assure that children remain out of the treatment area at all times.
**Arrival Time Policy:**
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arrival after the scheduled time may necessitate a shortened service duration to accommodate subsequent appointments, for which the full service fee may still apply.
**Canceling and Rescheduling Policy:**
1. **Full Refund:** Cancellations made with at least 72 hours notice will receive a 100% refund.
2. **50% Refund:** Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
3. **25% Refund:** Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a 25% refund.
4. **No Refund:** Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund.
5. **Rescheduling Fee:** Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $15 fee.
**Additional Policies:**
- **Confirmation of Appointments:** Please confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance to facilitate smooth scheduling and service preparation. A final confirmation must be received one hour prior to appointment or appointment is subject to cancellation without refund of deposit.
- **Health and Safety Policy:** We prioritize the well-being of our clients and staff. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment to ensure we can provide you with the best possible experience.
**Refusal of Service**: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or violating our policies such as verbal abuse, threatening behavior, visibility of weapons, pets that are roaming free (cats, dogs, snakes, birds, mice,chickens etc)
**Respectful Behavior**: Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other clients.
- **Cell Phone Policy:** For the comfort of all clients, we request that cell phones be silenced or turned off during treatments.
- **Quiet Policy:** To maintain a serene atmosphere for all clients, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during your visit
- **Consultation Requirement:** A brief consultation may be required before certain services to ensure they are suitable for your skin type and condition.
- **Patch Test Policy:** For services involving products that may cause allergic reactions (e.g., waxing, certain facials), a patch test may be required 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.
- **Sanitation Policy:** We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards. All equipment and tools are thoroughly sanitized between each client.
- **Pregnancy Policy:** Please inform us if you are pregnant or nursing, as some treatments may not be suitable during this time.
- **Treatment Limitations:** Certain medical conditions or medications may affect your eligibility for certain treatments. Please inform us of any relevant medical history.
**No Smoking Policy:** Our premises are smoke-free to ensure a healthy environment for all clients and staff.
**Inclement Weather Policy:** In the event of severe weather conditions or natural disasters, appointments may be rescheduled for the safety of our clients and staff.
**Holiday Hours:** We may have adjusted hours during holidays or special occasions. Please check with us for availability during these times.
